LOL... Sorry I dont mean to laugh but try washing a horse for it to just go running off still wet and roll in the mud!!! talk about being tick!!

You didn't say what kind of dung... almost all dogs will roll in or on dead animal carcasses found in the woods, duck doo, goose doo etc.. it is a natural instinct to mask their own scent - try to bathe your dog with an all natural shampoo ( no perfumes) then let him dry inside. then while he is drying remove the dung... and be glad he isn';t eating the dung to boot. good luck and remember don't over bathe your pooch - not good for his skin

Try washing her in a bathtub, as soon as she gets out, try her completely! (Let her shake though!) Before you get her outside, make sure there is no dung around, and maybe she will eventually learn not to roll in it.

don't bathe her until she REALLY REALLY needs it or try putting a towel out so shell go roll on that instead
