Ohhh i have some good ones for you, depends what type of music you like though. There is a song called Blast the speakers, awesome tempo...any house music will do. There is a cd called "club rubber" and that has really good music. Suavecito in the mix is a good mix as well, there is a Wild 94.9 Traffic Jam mix Cd...hope that helps. I'm the same as you, if the music is upbeat and good then i can get a killer work out in and rock out 4 miles on the treadmill!

It all depends on what genere music you listen to. Country, then try something like Martina McBride or Gretchen Wilson, or something more like what I listen to would be like Beyonce or some rappers or something. I have Christina Aguilera on mine and her new CD is pretty up beat. I love it!

kanye work out plan, come to me, dem jeans, fergalicious, gossip folks, i dont like the look of it, i know you see it, lsoe control, zingy, my ipod just FROZE!!Im screwed.Thats all i can think of.I have to go find out what just happened to my freakin ipod!!
