you go girl,
I would look at the person for who they are and look past the wheel chair, I too am in your situation I have spina bifida which affects the spine and lower part of the body, I get very scared when I talk to young ladies that I find attractive it's hard, as I said it's not whats on the out side that counts it's whats on the inside so just keep you head up high and the right person will come along one day

Well would it matter to you if some man was in a wheelchair?
I think that answers your question.
Love has few if any limitations. Love will over come it all in time.
We as humans may not be perfect but love is perfect...Love is the perfect gift of all, So let it come to you, and never mind about if the man you will fall in love with is in a wheelchair or not.
Best wishes

I apologize to you, but I must admit that most of the time I see the chair instead of the person. I suspect that many other people do also. After I get to know somebody I see the person instead of the chair, and sometimes don't even notice the chair. So, to improve your chances of finding a guy who doesn't care about the chair, only the girl sitting in it, you need to get yourself into circulation, through church or social groups or volunteer work or anyway you can. Get out there where people are going to be forced to interact with you as a person, instead of a chair. When people get to know you as a nice friendly person, they'll want to get to know you better and spend time with you. Standing or sitting won't matter. There are a lot of guys out there looking for a girl just like you, chair and all, because of who and what you are. You gotta be out where they can find you. Good luck sister!

I think most guys would have a hard time getting over the wheelchair. On the other hand, a man who gets over, is a very good man. Think of Stephen Hawkins, he married a very good woman and had several children by her.

I for one, knew of this girl where I used to work that was in a wheel chair and if I had not been going out with someone else at the time, I would have asked her out, heck I almost did a few times when I was upset with my girl, that was bad of me I know but the thought did cross my mind hehe. Just be yourself guys will come around.

You are such a brave person to have asked that question.
I know many stories about differently-abled women able to lead a very happy married life. I don't see any reason why you won't be able to find someone who can love you for who you are. Everyone has been searching for their life partners whatever the color, culture, situation and condition. Love does see past what the eyes want to see.
Rejoice!

if the girl was hot sure i would date her . i must say that i knew this guy in a wheel chair and the girls wondered does it work you know . he sadly informed them all of us it didn't really work for that anymore.
so i know its personal and all but do you have feeling down there
if so then hey wow sure i would date you .
i must admit that if there is no feeling there it would be different and it wont stop me but it might take longer to fall in love and all of that
