I'd like a school that's MMA, but a pure Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu school will work also.

You asked for a MMA (Mixed martial arts) School... but then wanted to know a MT or JJ school? I'm confused?

Fairtex has an excellent school in San Fran. The are one of the top Muay Thai schools in the country. The have a jujitsu program to. Lots of MMA fighters train of have trained there. Do a google search or look in your local yellow pages.

im a blackbelt in issynryu and study others, but issynryu is the best because it combines kata and fighting for testing, pretty much equally. also is one of the most balanced, fluid martial arts there are

i dont know about san francisco but i think theres a few good issynryu schools around there because my sensei told me to practice at them when i visit my family in CA

Look up the Fairtex camp. I believe they do it.
I'm in San Diego...but I think Fairtex is in SF.
