yes you can marry a person from a another country and united states will honor the marriage certificate from that country!!!
you don't have to be a citizen, to be able to sponsor your spouse to become a US resident.

Yes you can. But if you choose to live in that country, you will put yourself at risk for losing your permanent resident status. Once you become a citizen, you will be able to sponsor your spouse to become a US resident.

I think so. That's how a lot of immigrants receive permanent U.S. citizenship.

yes but technically your marriage will only be legitimate in a country were you made your vows,and signed a marriage contract
