My chihuahua has a big red pimple on it's front left leg very near the paw. She is not hurtng in anyway she looks fine. Can anyone tell me what it is?

It would be very hard to say without seeing it, I'd say it was some kind of a tumor. You should have it checked by a veterinarian, it could be some form of cancer.

I can't really say without viewing the bump to tell you the truth. Dogs DO get canine acne, so it is quite possible that it's a pimple.
Don't put anything on it though. You don't want to irritate the skinw ithout knowing for sure what it is. If you REALLY think it could look like a pimple, put a warm washcloth on it and let it sit for a few minutes to draw any pus to the surface.
If th eproblem persists for more than 2 days without getting smaller, take your dog to the vet right away.

It could be anything from an infected cut to an ingrown hair(which my boxer gets a lot of) to something more serious. Keep an eye on it and if gets worse then take her in to see your vet, if not then it is probably nothing major. I wouldn't rush her to the vet right away unless I thought it was pretty serious. i'm a groomer and have seen this kind of thing before. sometimes it's an abcess, sometimes it's something different. only way to know is to go to your vet. what i've seen, usually isn't serious. especially in older dogs. they grow all sorts of funny growths. but you didn't say how old your dog was. if he's young, i would be somewhat alarmed, if he's old, not so much.

She might of gotton a splinter and it irritated her so that might of caused the bump. Or have you tried the vet? He may explain it all. If it causes some serious action don't panic. It can hurt that it's your loving dog but stay calm. She'll be okay!

it might be that she step on something hard on her foot or some other thing but go to the vet they'll help you out.i have a dog and it step on something really hard before and gota bump cause it hurt him like what we get when get hurt also it might be a bug bite.

Take her to the vet!!!! If you don't think it's too serious, put some antibiotics on it.
