Personally, I prefer either of them. Both are wonderously tasty and provides the true essence of Italian culture. But...pick your choice.

I always use both. I think one compliments the other, especially on pizza. Garlic bread also. Maybe not so much on spaghetti. But then again... maybe i'll be trying something new. :)

I pick mozzarella . I love it baked with pasta, in omelets,in salads,on sandwiches or by the slice oh no I almost forgot pizza.
I like Parmesan but I prefer Romano

I also love both. I would have to say mozzarella. It is used for so many recipes that I make. I love to eat mozzarella sliced plain with good bread, Little drizzle of olive oil of course. Add a tomato and I have lunch.

i guess mozzarella, i love melted and brown around the edge kinda cheese, parm is good but it smells like nasty feet :)
