I love piercings, I have 6 myself and a high pain tolerance too. Yeah my nose went wrong too but I didn't do it myself and want to get it done again too. If you like cartilage you should get the Industrial Bar, that's one of mine and I LOVE it! If you have the room in the top of your ear or can just have one hole put in to connect to an exsisting that would be so great, I had to pay for both holes which was really expensive. You seem a lot like me as far as getting the piercing, so I'll say this about the Industrial bar, DO IT! It might tickle, pinch a little or mess with the corner of the eye it's closest too but it's not any diffrent from any other piercing as far as pain and healing time normally. The two inch bar looks really good in an ind. bar piercing once it's all healed plus people some times get weirded out by the bar moving when you tip your head down, haha. It feels funny in a good way though. Yay! You have so many good plans for other piercings, I hope they work out!

A note to Mrs. Possum, it is definately more of an addiction than fetish! I love the feeling and being able to have fun with the different rings and everything. It's expensive but worth it in the end.

I LOVE piercings too! Piercings and tattoo's are, I think a beautiful artform. Four years ago when I was 45 I was driving by a highly recommended piercing parlour I just turned the car in and had my nose pierced for my birthday. I LOVED IT! My husband was shocked....at first. But then he grew to love it. I've finally had both ears pierced (not with a gun). The day after Christmas, my niece and I both had our upper ear pierced. I think I'm going to start having my earlobes stretched and, when my niece returns, I'm going to get my first tattoo and another piercing. My tongue maybe??? I'm not sure yet.

For some reason I'm drawn to it and I think they're beautiful. I used to help manage a call center and most of our employees would come in and show me what they had done over the weekend and I'd just fall in love with it.

I always like going into the parlour because my piercer, Shay, says I'm the oldest client she has and I rarely see anyone in there over about 25. LOL

This is going to become a life long project - an ongoing piece of art. I can already tell. I lost my little sister to suicide this past year and I have am planning a tattoo to remind me that I am a SURVIVOR of her suicide and the turmoil it created. Her daughter and I are getting it together.

I'm only sorry I found piercings and tats at 45...Why didn't I start when I was younger?!?

Best thing ever said to me in a piercing parlour: I told Shay, "That hardly hurt at all!" Her response, "No, it didn't hurt as much as you wanted it to." How true. How true.

okay well i have the same fetish. I love piercings yet I only have like three. Currently I only have my ears pierced and navel pierced, but I've had both of my ears pierced twice, and the top left cartliage, my lip, nose, and navel. when I got my navel pierced it hurt really bad. Mainly because I'm really skinny and it was hard to get it pierced. But it really depends on how much pain you can take. But the least painful one for me was my lip. and you're right, even though it seems as if you've got a lot of piercings, that really isnt much. piercings are great :]

hello!

i am sorta liek you.. there are a bunch or fpiercings i want. also. i thougth about getitgn my tragus pierced but i got the sartilae done across from it on both side. thise went wele. i like how the industrials look but i think i would look liek to much of a "hard ***" lol

i have my navel pierced..somethign you do not have yet and they are heard to heal! as you probvably know it takes a year or more. i wore loos eshirts to prevent snagging and it helped alot. i bnever got it caus on anything and just cleaned it.

i have thought about gettgin my nose and a vertical labret and possible moneroe done by my job prevents me from having any facialpiercing =( (starbucks) lol we are also only allowed to have 2 piercings in each ear which is lame... im currently stretching my lobes only to a 12g just cause i feel liek it. i have also thought about getting my nape pierced (back of the neck) but those also have alot of complications (migration and rehection)

im glad to hear that you are willing not to pierce yourself again though! its a very stupid thing to do...lol

also i dont think its a fetish.. its more of an addiction. a fetish is liek getting turned on by feet or fingers (something out of the normal) lol

so its more of an addiction than anything. i dont know why! maybe just cause of the adrenaline rush before and after? maybe...

im afraid to get a tattoo for the reasons why i may like them and keep gettign them for no reason then regret them in the long run! lol

I've had both my tragus, tongue, belly button and my ears (now at a 4g) pierced...all I have left are my lobes and belly button.

I loved my tragus peircings but often times they would be really achey (this was after having them for 5 years) so one day i just took them out. As far as my tongue, i just got tired of it.

My belly button was my first and i love it still - it's currently at an 8g ...my ears were peirced at a 4g - didn't bother stretching just went for it and i'm very happy with them. Very intense...major adrenalin rush that's for sure...

I had mine pierced years in the past and in spite of the fact that it did not truly harm it replaced right into a wierd sensation. They mark the tongue, as to the place to pierce it at. Then they're going to clamp it with a pair of hemostats. they assist you to comprehend to take a deep breath in and to exhale and once you exhale they push the large hollowed out piercing needle with the aid of your tongue. I have been given truly heat in a while and sort of went into marvel, I walked exterior the keep to get some sparkling air and puked. I puked merely as quickly as and once I did I felt completely positive. The healing technique is what hurts once you get your tongue pierced. it is going to swell up, as i'm beneficial you comprehend. it will be truly difficult to consume till the swelling is going down and you would be avid approximately conserving it sparkling. you do not desire YOUR TONGUE TO grow to be contaminated!!! Rinse your mouth out with Listerine in lots of cases!! when you consume, drink (something besides water), or smoke (in case you do). Your tongue is the quickest part of your physique to heal. easily something interior your mouth, heals swifter than the rest. you would be feeling the swelling going on in some days in a while and via the time each and every week passes you would be quite stable and healed. the disadvantage to having your tongue pierced is that it will injury YOUR teeth. you may as nicely be conscious that the proper and backside balls on the barbell will irritate the roof of your mouth and decrease than your tongue. I had mine for approximately 3 years and then it abruptly started truly stressful the roof of my mouth and decrease than my tongue, so undesirable that i ultimately merely took it out. stable success :)
