Your best bet is to get them from your past employers. Most employers will have access to W2 forms for at least a few years past, since most can call their payroll processing company for that information. Other than that, you can get information directly from the IRS, but the W2 will most likely not show the state withholding. If your CPA is enrolled in IRS e-services, he or she can get that information online as long as they have a power of attorney form from you.
