I don't look down on people who are poor or born in 3rd world countries. I don't think so but hard to say as I was not born in poor country but in America.

"Poor" is a mental construct. Many people who don't have a lot of "stuff" nor money feel they are very "rich", so I think the word "poor" is a poor concept. *w*
