A mouth is divided into quadrants....lower left/ right .....upper left /right. Each quadrant has 8 teeth ... central incisor 1 .... lateral incisor 1 .... cuspid 1 .... first bicuspid....second bicuspid...first molar....second molar....third molar or 'wisdom tooth'.
