How can christains say that Islam is false or not from God when God told Abraham that He will bless the descendants of his first son Ismael and make them a great nation? Arabs under the great influence of Muhammad, have realised a great nation.

The Arabs make up a great nation of people. But, this has nothing to do with Islam. You will find Arabs of all religions. Yes, mostly Islam, but they encompass all other religions, too.
From an answer on here-----so many people think that all Arabs are Muslims and that Muslims are only Arabs. Arabs make up a small amount of the Muslims of the earth.
