Ok, this question is for the nice guys out there who are apparently hiding. Most of my girlfriends are nice, pretty, single girls and they can't find a nice guy anywhere! Is it because the jerky ones are more aggressive with there approach? Where do we find the nice guys (places)? Seriously, nice guys tell us your hang outs :)

Nerds make great husbands.
They focus on becoming very proficient at one or just a few things, to the exclusion of the rest of the universe. You dont find them because they are focusing on their thing right now, instead of interfacing with the rest of the universe. :)
Seriously it is a very healthy, sweet, wonderful thing when you are one of those things that they dedicate their lives to investing in, experiencing, and understanding.
The right kind of nerds are also bright, insightful, dedicated, and hard working. In terms of material provision in life they tend to be very successful. Bill Gates was a nerd like that.
Try the "lab". Computer, Chemistry, Physics, or other. Nerds live in labs, typically during hours that normal people aren't awake, or hours that normal people are out partying.
