There are many drugs that are stronger than Lortab. Lortab is a basic pain reliever kind of the stepping stone of narcotics.

there are stronger pain meds than lortab. when first beggining Lortab you will get a euphoric feeling but it will slowly go away as addiction takes hold along with the decrease in pain relief causing either withdrawal or a stronger pain med.
