I really like this guy but he only calls late at night. Is that a bad sign?

Maybe he has odd working hours? How old is he... maybe he has roommates or lives with his family and likes to talk with you after they've all gone to sleep... that is possible. I guess it's a bad sign if he knows you work early, etc. then he is disrespecting you by not letting you get a good night's sleep. Try to find out his schedule, this doesn't have to be anything too sinister. I first thought oh he wants a booty call as well, but if you're not sleeping together then i guess that isn't the reason lol. Some young people are night owls so maybe he just likes calling you later on, feels more relaxed, etc. just ask him.

OF course Booty call or his a dam drunk. He probley only has time at night but keep an eye on him.

my mom always told me that guys that only call you when everyone is sleep....is up to no good. im 23, and that has always proven to be true. so be careful.
