What was the importance of the Hebrews and Paul during the preparation and birth of the Savior Jesus Christ?

Before Paul he was Saul and he was not preparing for Jesus coming. For that matter very few Jews were preparing.

sorry I do not understand the question paul only came into the bible after the death and reserection of Jesus.
