Many things can cause what you are describing. Too much fibre in the diet can cause loose stools. So can too much greasy food and lactose intolerance. There are also conditions like Chrons disease and ulcerative colitis that have diarrhea as the main symptom. The best thing you can do is to get to a doctor to get a firm diagnosis and proper treatment. Until then, make sure you drink lots of fluids (no milk, it can make diarrhea worse and easy on the caffeine drinks too) to keep from becoming dehydrated.

There could be many causes for this, such as lactose intolerance, and perhaps more serious conditions such as colitis. I must tell you that this is probably causing extreme dehydration to your body, so you should go to your doctor. In the meanwhile, see what happens when you dont drink milk, or eat fruits. Your doc will want to know your eating habits, so you might want to experiment with some foods first. Also, until you see your doc, drink alot of water, and a rehydration solution that is available at the drugstore.

You could have E-Coli or some kind of infection or some unusual dietary habit. Did you change your diet recently? Every now and then soft stools(the runs) is okay but for a month is not good. I suggest you keep drinking a lot of water and get it checked out by a doctor because this isnt normal.

Hi to be really sure you will have to go and see a doctor, it could be an infection or irritable bowl syndrome, i would get myself to the doctors quickly as you have had it for a month. Or it could be something you have just started to eat something this month and you could be allergic to it and is still eating it.
Take Koalin and Morpheine its brilliant. Dont take to much thought as you may get constipated. About twice a day and four if you have severer loose bowels.

Hi - you don't give enough information to give a detailed response. You don't say for exaple how frequently you are defecating. You need to look at diet, food sensitivities there could be loads of explnations. I would go and see your GP in case you have a bug or something. If he finds nothing go and see a colon hydrotherapist. If you were only going every two days previously then it wasn't that healthy as I would consider that constipated.

This may be a short term problem (tummy bug) if it only lasts for a day or two but as you have had it for several weeks , you really should see you doctor. This could be a serious condition, so get it checked out.
Good luck .

I would advise you speak to your doctor because of the length of time involved. It could be a dietry change perhaps? It could equally be a virus.
You really should see your doctor, but try not to worry. There could be a hundred different and relatively harmless causes.

You should ask your doctor about your health not necessarily everyday people. You can always try a peptol bismol. It works for me when I have diarrhea.
