it means that someone really means you are to do something they insist you do it ,,,,you will do it ,,,,ill not be happy if you do not do it ,,,,,,do as you are told ,,,,i insist you clean your room ,,,,ect ,,,,its a strong word that means you WILL DO AS I SAY ,,,,i insist ,,,,get it ,,,,,,god i hope so hehehehe
