Meaning that are they the only belief systems that aren't intollerable to someone else's beliefs and don't try to change them for their belief system?

"Meaning that are they the only belief systems that aren't intollerable to someone else's beliefs"

I'd have to question that premise being Wiccan. Monotheists, and in particular, Christians, find my beliefs intolerable. According to them, I will live out eternity in the fires of hell due to their false premise that I somehow worship satan. That's an impossibility given that we do not recognize such a being..

"don't try to change them for their belief system?"

I think this is a personal issue. In general, I think it's true. But there are some, atheists and pagans, who try to guide people away from blind monotheistic faith through intelligent questioning. I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing. Often though, it's like trying to have a conversation with an inanimate object. No matter what you do or what you say, the response is always the same. Consequently, for the most-part, it's a lost cause.

Generally, they seem to be for the most part. However, there are many Christians (for example) that can tolerate other's beliefs and don't try to change them or anything. Just as there are some Atheists and Pagans who are intolerable. There are also other belief systems that generally aren't intolerble.

And Agnostics and Unitarians... in my experience, yes if you generalize for those entire populations, but there is a wide range within other religions. You can't make an assumption that because someone is Catholic that they are totally intolerant, or that an Athiest is going to necessarily be tolerant. There is NO black and white in religion like that!

Several belief systems are "tolerating" as you say. It really is dependant upon a person by person basis. Traditionally the only actively converting religions are perhaps buddhism, christianity, islam, and perhaps a very few others. Hope this helps.

That's a sad thought, But no. Hindu and Buddhist faiths are also very tolerant. The only real intolerant beliefs are Christianity Catholicism and Islam.

I have met many understanding Muslims. Buddhism and Hinduism also both believe that all rivers lead to the sea. Several Rabbis that I have met have also said that we are all climbing the same mountain and heading for the same peak...

Have you been around this forum. Atheists regularly make fun of everyone else's beliefs, and try to convert more than anyone else.

Pagans are also intollerant. They are very disparaging of any belief system that believes in an absolute wrong and right, and those faiths that hold it is a good thing to share their beliefs with others.

I'm not one who cares what one believes but I don't want any to miss out on the love and peace that I have received so freely from the Lord. My belief is that when people find God and get to know Him they will change for the better. I know I have. It is impossible not to want to share my experience, strength, and hope. God gave me the great commission as well but I do not believe that I should judge or condemn and this is why other than He said it over and over. He refers to His followers as His bride and I can't imagine someone coming up telling me all that was wrong with me and that I was going to burn forever if I did not follow him and be his wife forever and that making me want him. God makes it clear that He wants us to choose Him but it is a choice and then when we do we'd best get to letting Him change us. But as far as forcing people to behave in certain ways ect... He is just not like that. He will take what one is willing to give over. Right now He is dealing with me about listening to people. I don't listen well. But for the unbeliever He just wants you to know how much He loves you and that He will help you with your burdens and that He wants to spend time with you and love you and give you His perfect love to pass around where you will.

Umm... if you haven't noticed, atheists/pagans are some of the MOST intollerable people of others beliefs! Why are you debating in R&S if you're not trying to change others to your belief system? If you're doing it "for fun," go help the poor instead! You'll make more of a difference there... sheesh...
