Ok so my boyfriend (before we were dating) was goofing around and he said something that got me pretty mad at him. So I told him like shut up, just don't speak to me anymore if your gonna be like that. But he just kept talking to me and I yelled at him to shut up and that I hated him. (I was just really ticked off) and he goes hate? thats a pretty strong word. You don't hate me. I was like well how do you know and hes all well I love you. So then I got into this big thing of how you shouldn't say stuff like that if you don't mean it and the subject was pretty much dropped.
So New Years rolls around and we didn't spend it together so I called him at midnight to wish him a Happy New Years. We wished each other a happy new year and he said that he would call me later. So I'm thinking like in the afternoon. 3am rolls around and my phone rings its him. So we end up talking until 5am! He told me that he loved me, but he was drinking. So do you think he actually ment it?

I didn't say it back to him. I've never said told him I loved him. Should I of said it back? He called me the next day and asked if I remembered our conversation and I was like yeah. I asked him if he remembered it and hes claims to. So do you think he ment to say it?

Well ask yourself if you really love him too. Maybe you dont love him and that is why you did not say it back. I think he ment it because he remember the next day and usually when guys dont remember they dont ask you! gOOD LuCk

He meant it. The drinking probably helped loosen him up enough to say because it is a pretty scary thing to say sometime. Should you tell him you love him? Well, do you? If you do, TELL him! You only live once! Sometimes we all get so hung up on "well what if I say something and regret it" so we say nothing and we miss out.

see him face to face and talk where is your relationship heading then you take it from there. but you have to ask yourself first, is he worth it do you see yourself in the long run with him???
