First off,, you are over reacting. You cannot catch any long term bug (i.e. STD) from a toilet seat. If you use common sense, you will not catch any short term buy (i.e. cold) either. Wash your hands and you will be fine. (you dont have to wash your legs or whatever because your skin protects you.

You are more likely to get "something" from someone else sitting at the table with them than sharing a toilet. If I were concerned, I would bring some wipes, and just wipe the seat with it before sitting. I think you're being a bit paranoid. I hate to go to the bathroom after a paranoid person cause they pee all over the seat without thinking about anyone else! If you have to cover the seat, use tissue and please have a seat! Thanks! Don't sit on the toilet seat. If you must, Lysol it down, wait 60 seconds, and clean it off. Then put toilet paper on it just in case.

unless they leave something on the toilet seat themselves, you will not have to worry about any major or most minor germs, really, you don't have to worry.
if you really need something, try those toilet seat covers, or just buy your own cloth to cover the seat with

The absolute most important thing that you (and the other 6 people) can do to protect yourself is wash, wash, wash your hands! Frequently, too...not just after using the restroom.
