bless her heart...i have heard that when children may deficate and wipe it on things they may have been abused in some form...but also this could be a symptom of plain psychosis...you may be the only person she may confide in since you are her sister...ask her what's up...maybe don't tell her you saw her in her room doing that, but just listen to her (this may take a long period of time for her to talk, but she will most likely reveal something that's bothering her)...i would only tell my sister things i would feel uncomfortable telling my parents...ask her how far she's gone with someone...i had no idea what masterbating even was at 15...don't be afraid of your sister unless she becomes physically abusive...my heart goes out to you and your family

Yes you should tell your parents and write down EVERYTHING that she does that worries you. then give this too her psychiatrist!

This is a VERY scary time for you.

it sounds like she needs Help NOW not waiting for a psychiatrist. See if you can talk you parents into taking her into the hospital and demanding her be seen too!

your old enough to sit down and have a conversation about this with your parents tell them how you are feeling and let them know that you are mature enough to deal with it.

Good luck honey email me if you need too :)

Schizophrenia and possible borderline personality disorder. You do need to tell your parents and they need to inform the psychiatrist for a full and proper diagnosis.

Also, seeing a psychiatrist yourself to discuss your feelings about your sister and how it is affecting you will help you. Keep open dialogue with your parents too.
