It will be extremely difficult to get a loan without giving proof of a way to pay it back. You would require a cosigner or guarantor on the loan. The bank where I work would not give you a loan with no job.

Do you own a home? There are a few banks that I work with that will do a NINA, a No Income, No Asset loan to refinance your home, as long as your credit score is high enough.
If you have a home, no job, but do have some verifiable assets, you could also do a NIVA, No Income, Verified Assets loan, which would have a bit better interest rate.
