how to move on from the past and bad relationships? any advice? pls? x

My only advise is to take a break from dating and have lots of you time. Think about what you really want in your next relationship and when you feel ready, go look for it.

give youself as much time as possible to build the pace to move on. it takes two things to do so, patience and time. you'll eventually move on if you can do that.
