I had a dream about this guy and I never really thought about and now I dream about him every night. It's really weird!

It could mean that he's somehow on your mind, maybe just because you saw him somewhere and for some reason or another, your subconscience is filtering him into your dreams at night.

Do you like him? Whether or not that you do, there is definately something about him that has your subconscious working on overtime. Maybe you should sit back and find out for yourself what it could be.
Try this, ask him out, or at least ask him if he wants to go for lunch or coffee. Talk to him one on one and get to know him. Then go from there. Chances are two things will happen, you'll get him out of your head or you'll find something to keep him in there. ;-)
