ask her in the party she probably didnt want to appear desperate..if she makes an excuse this time then she is not interested.

I think it is just her personality. Some people don't want to plan out things in advance... especially if it is something like going out clubbing. They just want to have a fun night, so they will do whatever comes up that sounds the most exciting. Nevertheless, if she was really into to you there would be nothing she would want to do more than spend the night with you... so she would have agreed to go on the spot. Ask her again at the party because she'll probably go if she doesn't have better plans. The thing is that she probably isn't that into you right now... but that can change if you show her a good time this weekend!

It all depends on how she said "we'll see". If it's a simple, blunt, non-expressional, more of a friendly "we'll see", it means no. A nice no.

If it's a devious, playful, alluring, seductive (and it helps if she makes some sort of sensual physical contact) "we'll see", it's not a definate yes. But definately not an all out no. Think of it as long as you don't do or say anything stupid, your chances are good.

Unless of course she's a real biatch, and is just playing with you.

Safe bet - wait for her to bring it up at the party. If she doesn't get some other people to go with you. She just may end up tagging along to follow the crowd. Then shut her down if she tries to talk to you. Just kidding on that part. ;-)

Good luck.

It usually means no. I would let her come to you next time. She knows you are interested if she is she will make the effort next.

sounds to me like she is saying, that she is not interested in you that way, maybe she is involved in another relationship and she doesn't want to hurt your feelings

in this instance she is saying, that if nothing more interesting comes along, I will go with you, plain and simple.

I think that's her way of flirting. If she wasn't interested, she should have said no.
