No! You should report her again and request someone else. She is not doing her job. You are a paying customer of the hospital and should be treated better.

At the time you were a Vulnerable Adult and there are laws to help you. You need to report this to your local Common Point of Entry. The county/state will investigate and chances are the nurse will lose her job and never be able to work in the career field again. Also, the hospital will have some big violations. Good luck.

That is very wrong on her part. You are allowed by law to make a complaint without fear of repercussion. I would tell the supervising nurse immediately and inform them of your right to be treated with respect. Also inform them that you want a different nurse and if they give you trouble about it put your foot down and tell them they are violating your right to decent patient care. I would also file a complaint with the nursing board and have them investigate her. If the supervising nurse gives you a hard time over the complaint tell her you can extend your complaint with the nursing board to include her. Make them listen and go up the chain of supervisors until something is done. It is only fair to you that you do so. Good Luck.

No it's not right, if you're still there then request another nurse. If you're out of the hospital why keep worrying about it?
