I would recommend keep it simple, a nice crisp green salad, and I would conside ditching the naan, it might be too much stodge with the kedgeree.

Reading through some of the answers previously some people can be really unhelpful by suggesting things you have already said!
Yes, a salad of cherry tomatoes, rocket and cucumber with a light yoghurt dressing made from Greek yoghurt, chopped mint leaves, a little salt and pepper Nada pinch of cumin. The cucumber should be thinly sliced, salted and left to drain for 20 minutes or so as an awful lot of water will come out and run into the dressing - and makes for a nasty mess. Wish I was coming to tea!

Asparagus and cherry tomato wrapped with streaky bacon on the side would taste and look good.
lay 2 pieces of streaky on the work top and lay 3 asparagus on top, put a cherry tomato on (that the seeds have been taken out of, just squash) and then lay 2 more asparagus tips on top of that, fold the streaky bacon around the asparagus so it resembles a little hay stack. Make as many as you want (normally one each) and drizzle with oil and put into the oven until crispy about 20 minutes.
It sounds long winded but is really quick I promise you.

kedgeree is quite a strong dish. what i've done when serving it is to kind of clense the tastebuds with a mango sorbet. Use 2 large really soft mangoes, 425g can of lychees, and 100ml apple juice. Wizz the mangoes (peeled of course) with the lychees (with juice from tin) and the apple juice in a processor or with a mixer and freeze overnight. Its really refreshing, and compliments the smokey flavours. Its also quite exotic!

Yes, try Greek yoghurt with a little mint sauce inside or finely chopped cucumber, tomato, spring onion, pomegranite seeds and little green chilli. on its own or in a thick creamy yoghurt......or mixed pickle, mango chutney, sliced spring onions, papperdum...thinly sliced cucumber with onion rings.......sliced tomato with onion rings and thinly sliced green chillies.....yellow moong dahl......You need something wet with the rice . Naan would go a lot better with a meat or chicken dish
of some kind not really with rice. You could also have a thick creamy yoghurt with tamarind juice squeezed over the top with a lilittle chopped up green chilli and coriander leaves.

How about something spicy to complement the salmon and rice, which are rather bland? The Indian cuisine features a lot of curry, but I don't have any recipes that use it.
