When im up, im really tired, but sometimes, when i get into bed, im not tired at all, and have trouble getting to sleep. any suggestions on helping getting to sleep?

you could try doing relaxing activities in the hour or so before bed, like reading for 30 minutes. also, try not to drink any caffine in the hours before bed, thats going to keep you up :] good luck!

Avoid taking/ drinking/ eating stimulants at least 3 hours prior to your regular bed time. Equally avoid any exciting or intense activities before your sleep.
Most important of all, set up a regular sleeping pattern.
Start small, be consistent.

right before you go to sleep put some warm milk in a jar and warm it up for like 40 sec just warm and drink it fast and go lay down and then hopefully that will do it, it worked for me

Go to Wal-Mart and buy Melatonin. Works pretty good but it's not a drug.

I say not to rely on medication. Try reading.

I think a pill of some sort should help.......not sure what kind though.
