I am a big fan of belly dancing. I think that it is a very beautiful dance, when done correctly. I don't like dirty dancing.
But a lot of people think that it is something bad. Is it wrong to belly dance if I am Christian?

I don't believe there is a reason to think that. Go ahead and enjoy, unless it makes you "lust" in your heart, then that is a very different matter.

It may not be appropriate for a Christian to belly dance at a church or perform it in public, but at home - dance as you like at your pleasure.

of course not!!! maybe if you are a strict pentecostal...but no! if you are dancing for jesus, then dance! just because you're christian doesn't mean that you can't do things that you love and make you happy!

Christianity doesn't have rules... so you can do whatever you want as long as you believe Jesus is God.
