Here's how I do it and it's fool-proof. First brown your chops on both sides, then place in an oven safe casserole. Mix an undiluted can of cream of mushroom soup with either canned or fresh mushrooms (canned are easier), and spoon over the top. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes (depending on thickness of chops). During the cooking time, stir and spoon the soup mixture over the top again. Delicious, and so tender!

I place my chops in an oven proof glass casserole dish. I add a little garlic, onion, can of undiluted mushroom soup. (spread evenly over chops.
I bake a 350 for approx 60 min turning once half way and spooning mixture over chops. This for 4-6 chops Bon-appetite.

First you will need flour or some kind coating for your pork chops, then you batter them in flour and fry them with the oil of your chose. Use only a small amount of oil just enough to brown them on both side. After they have been brown on both sides take them out of the oil and let them drain. Wash out your frying pan and put only a tiny bit of that oil back in add a little bit of water just a tiny bit , lower the flame, cover the pan and let simmer on medium heat for about 15-20 mintues. Please do not forget to cut some onions over them before simmering, finger licking good.

Enjoy!!!! laurah_42@yahoo.com
