I'm a teen too.
I got this DVD by Denisse austin..and it worked tremendously!!
I used to be a size 11/12 and now I'm a 3/4.
It might not be fast, but it'll work!
This wasn't the only thing I did, but I think it was the biggest help.
The DVD is called "Burn Fat Fast."

Also, limiting portion sizes, and increasing exercising is a great help.
Not sodas, and alot of water.
Yoplait Yogurt, the blue ones..
Fat Free Milk [if you drink milk]
Just basically see if you can find the foods you eat now in Fat Free ones.
Like I eat Fat Free Nilla Wafers and Fat Free Graham crackers and they're really good!

But not Fat Free PopTarts..they taste bad! lol..but they really really do..I ate a piece of one and gave the rest away.

Also, grilled, broiled, baked, etc meats..try not to eat too much fried food.
Not too many sweets.

Good Luck!!!

P.S.
This website is great!

Fill in your weight, height, and age [if you're younger than 19, just put 19 in anyways] and then put in your goal weight and it'll give you how many calories you need to get to that weight, along with how many carbs, fat, etc. you need.

A moderate, sensible diet is best. Don't do anything crazy. It's going to take time if you want your weight loss to last. All those fast, crash diets will have you bouncing right back, and, they're bad for your body. So limit how many calories you eat. Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Stay away from excessive sweets and fats. Drink lots of green tea, water, and take B vitamins to boost your metabolism. Exercise, exercise, exercise! Do at least half an hour a day. Don't eat anything after 8 pm. Most importantly, DON'T STARVE YOURSELF. If you are hungry, eat. Just make sure you keep HEALTHY snack foods around the house so that you are not tempted. And always eat breakfast.

If you are a teen I suspect your biggest issue is diet... I could be wrong, but most teens that I see who are overweight have serious nutritional and diet issues.
So my advice to you is to stop eating any processed foods, fast foods, frozen foods, canned foods, foods that are high in oils, salts and sugars. Stay away from candy bars, potato chips, cookies etc...
Start educating yourself on nutrition. My suggestion is you sign up for www.myfooddiary.com. It's about 10 bucks a month but so worth it because it is easy and FUN to use. I only had to use for about 3 months and learnt things about my habits that I would never learn from a book or through reading articles. Because it shows you the reality of what you are doing to your body - most of us are in denial and think we are better to ourselves then we really are. Using the website was like a big smack in the face for me because I believed i was eating well, getting enough nutrients and exercise.
I guess I'm suggesting that you can shape your body by eating correctly - raw foods, veggies, fruits, fewer calories. Along with some moderate exercise you're bound to look great because you will simply look healthy and glowing.
Good luck!

weight watchers is aw some. walking is a good starting point, start out slow and build up. If y ou go at it fast and furious you will only wind up rounder and more insecure. Bob Greene who helped Oprah is aw some ! He has great books! God bless been there a cuple of times !

You can lose weight by decreasing the calories you eat, increasing the calories you burn, or both.

The easiest way to lose a few pounds with the least impact on your lifestyle is to stop drinking any liquid with sugar in it. Switch to all diet sodas, water, and sugar free drink mixes.

Just try to stick with fruits and veggies....drink milk, cut low on carbs and junk food. Also maybe consider buying a treadmileor bike (whatever suits you best) Or join a fitness club work with machines, weights, pilates, and yoga. Ask a friend or locally find it.

I lost 60 lbs on weightwatchers.....BUT the key to any diet success is determination. You have to be determined to lose weight otherwise no diets will work for you. Losing weight is not easy but it's very rewarding when you achieve that goal. GOOD LUCK to you.

Try joining a gym or excercise center. Cut back on your calorie intake. Drink lots of water, and no pop. If there is one near you Curves is a really good place to join.

i think of you may could ask your self which you're interested in, not settle for something given which you sense such as you cant get carry of the different. Your submit and good judgment sounds blended up.
