I would tell them to stop it and slow down. If they don't, I'd ask them to let me out of the car, which I hope they wouldn't do, but realize that I was being serious and stop being a jerk.

Time to tell him to pull that go-cart over!!! This ain't no racetrack!! It is never uncool to be concerned about your life and well-being.
Then, if you're still concerned, and he isn't listening to your advice, ask to be let out. And also inform the police about his driving if it's seriously wild (Make sure you have his full name and license plate #. ) He could kill himself and/or someone else.
If being nabbed by the police doesn't stop him, all those rabbit stops and wild swirves will eventually tear up his breaks and engine. He'll get slapped with a high car repair bill. Trust me.
Car are not toys. So, make sure you DON'T follow your friend's driving example.

Then the first time he has to stop, you get out and start walking. He is endangering your life as well as everyone else's on the road. He's impressing people only with how stupid and careless he is. I wouldn't go anywhere with him again.

if you think it is risky so then ask him/her to drive slow and if not just get used to it, because he/she is trying to impress you for the first time.
