If its right under your rib it could be your adrenals or gal bladder. If you consume a lot of caffeine then take a vitamin B complex. If you consume a lot of fast food or greasy fried foods then it may your gal bladder and for that you'll need to change your diet. If you don't it may rupture and that's NOT a good thing.

There are two good source for B complex one is to go to a high end health food store and buy the B complex (not at Wal-Mart). Because you want the most natural form of B you can. You don't want the chemical forms they don't get absorbed as well. You can also get naturally forming B vitamins in bee pollen. That's the way I go. I get it from beeroyalproducts.com. I get it there because it has always come fresh and in a glass jar to remain fresh. Hope this helps.

Did you do something that would've made your back hurt? Lift too much or fall? If it's just on one side it might be you SI joint. Sounds odd I know.... but I injured mine a couple years ago and it still gives me all kinds of lower back problems.

Try using ice if it's a recent injury. Or a heating pad to help relax the muscles. Take some Ibprofen to reduce swelling. If after a couple days it's still bothering you go to the doctor or chiropractor.
