always ask for a hug when you meet and say good bye, and hold on Little extra longer, little things like poking him smile allot but not cheesy smiles just little smiles that only he can see so he feels special, if you have his number a text here and there but not to overwhelming. just do what you heart says to do and he will be yours in no time.

The best pick up line I've ever heard was at work. A girl was commenting to a boy she liked, "Let's take this relationship to the next level. Can you answer the next question for me with this in mind?" Then ask him out on a date and see where he wants to take you.

This is what you do....
From across the room, or at least some space between you, without saying anything to him....
Make eye contact....when he sees you looking at him, look down (breaking eye contact), blush, and smile....then make eye contact again, smile, and keep the eye contact until he comes over or looks away.
