Eat nuts and bananas (careful with the nuts, even though their healthy, they can also be very fattening).

Exercise at least 3 times a week, even if its just for 20 mins and get enough sleep.

Fresh fruit, smoothies and un-concentrated juice are all great energy boosters.

run and lift weights 6 days a week and fuel my body for it by eating fresh fruit and veg, some complex carbs and protien carbs are necessary if you lift weights even to tone as it's the bodys prefered energy sorce

for me diet and exercise. I've been functioning on 4-5 hours of sleep a night for almost 20 years...
