Depending on the amount taken, cocaine usually stays in the system for 24-48 hours.

Normally 72 hours in urine and a little longer in blood. Tell your brother to quit using blow, unless he is using just a little on his thing to keep going for his sex mate.

i dont know about the blood system, but it stays in the neurosystem for life. all he has to get is a spinal tap (which hurts like hell) and they can detect it in his system.
