Bicycle kicks/pulleys and sit-ups on an incline bench are really good. I do them and I have a six-pack.

Swim the Butterfly stroke.
High step jogging is good.

do some jogging. And other workouts that get you moving too. Anything that gets your heart rate up burns that extra unwanted fat.
