I am an alternative medicinal therapist and I recommend FEVERFEW. This is now recognised to be the best thing for migraines and all kind of headaches that are not a direct cause of a sight problem or a brain tumour. It takes a little while to get into the system but it does work DO NOT take these caps or tabs on an empty stomach I grow the plant and eat 2 leaves a day between a slice of bread and my headaches are slowing down. You get them from the health store

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I heard acupuncture could help but I'd be careful where you go. Have you spoken to your GP? There could be an underlying cause. If it is tension you need help to sort out what's making you so tense instead of treating the symptom.

It is always best to get medical advice from your doctor or NHS direct on the telephone. Directory enquiries will give you the number. I hope you find the solution.
If you can afford to take a nice holiday then just floating in the sea on your back is the best way to get some relief. Maybe you have neglected yourself for some time and need a holiday.
