I was recently told by the emergency room that I have stones in my gallbladder... I have been having chest pains on my left side of my chest were my heart is at... but the doctors told me my heart was fine. could my gallbladder cause pains in my chest on the left hand side? I have no insurance so they will not do the surgery until Iam very ill they stated? thank you in advance....

Yes this is possible. I have even heard of right shoulder pain.
Your gall stones issue could be made worse by trans fats (partially hydrogenated vegetable oils such as soy). Look out for them and avoid them.

From what I have read it seems most cases of gallstones cause pain on the Right Upper Quad... I was diagnosed with Biliary Dyskanasia, low or no movment of gallbladder, and all my pain is on the left side. It is a mystery to all my doctors, but I am having the gallbladder removed on 12th of this month. At this point, I guess anything is possible.

Yes, it's possible the pain from the gallstones can transfer to your chest. It happened with me when I had my attacks.
