I have never heard of that. I have only heard people talking about tooth paste drying out pimples, which works by the way.

well if your talking in a herbal sense, then Ive heard that an orange peel/skin juice is good for your skin. rubbing the peel on your face cleanse the pores of the skin out.
use 'sudocrem' from any chemist, for any spots. it moisturises at the same time.

or try this, what i did:

use OXY on the spot face wash (from morrisons, asda, boots) and then the OXY on the spot cream rubbing it into the spot. when the spot goes away ,(give it like a week and a half- depends on how big or nasty the spot is) if it leaves a mark, start using vaseline for bedtime and sudocrem during the day , or both.
definately can leave sudocrem ovanyt . works gr8 for many people!

toothpaste does not work. saw a segment on Tyra Banks in december by allure magazine editor. she said that there are too many additives in toothpaste these days and will probably make it worse. better off to put a paste made from crushed aspirin and water on it. the salyslic acid will help pimple.

No that is not going to work and may irritate your skin worse especially if you skin is delicate. Toothpaste will end up reddening your skin

3 simple steps to clearer skin

Soap free cleanser for face
Alcohol free toner after
Moisterizer (oil free) at bed time and during the day if you wish

Drink lots of water

NO. Toothpaste works on some people. Don't go and buy expensive stuff like Proactive and Clearasil. Hydrocortisone, Vaseline and Benzoyl Perioxide work.

toothpatse has always worked for me (i use the paste not the gel, crest) i think tis the timing that helps. if you put it ont he night befroe when tou feel one coming in then it should prevent it from becoming a white head and having to pop it. also a facial mask works just as well. bith dry out the pimple and reduce its size preventing it from a full blown pimpli or as i call them Mt. vesuvius's haha

but if its already a white head its too late to do the toothepaste or facial mask.

Not at all! I use Clinique Acne solutions. I apply it to the zit every day and it usualy is gone within 3 days. On top of that, I use Sanitas Zapper, which helps too. I also wash my face every day with Neutragena products. I would try these things if you have zits.

Yea it does...and also, you can apply fresh lemon juice!

i heard sugar and lemon works as a scrub for oily skin, but if acne is the problem try proactiv or a dermatologist.
