Take lots of vitamins and eat jello. It really helps and makes your hair stronger (finger nails too).

Using a supplement to grow your hair is a myth. Hair grows at the rate of about 1 half inch a month. What you need to know is how to keep it from breaking. Keep it moisturized. I'm assuming that your friend is African American (the name Shaniqua). Black people normally have naturally dry hair. You or your friend need to keep it moisturized. Don't over grease. It will clog your pores. Start doing a deep conditioner about once a month or after every perm. Let the conditioner consist of a moisturizer and a protein. Thats the most important ingredients. don't use protein too much though. It will make your hair hard. Don't let new growth get to thick under permed hair. The permed part will break. Don't overlap your perm. It will cause over processing. If you have anymore questions just emaiil me.

Actually, you're in luck! On January 15th, the first shipments of Jan Marini's Hair Revitalizing Conditioner are being shipped to her aestheticians and physicians all over the world. Similar to her Age Intervention Lash Serum (which is sold out world wide). This product promises to do wonderful things for your hair thickness and growth. Here's the scoop:

http://www.janmarini.com/AgeInterventionHair.html

Will I purchase it? Oh hell yeah! I use her lash growth serum and now I'm having to trim my eye lashes!! Jan Marini is a researcher that has been well known in the busines for many, many years. If she says a product does something, it does. I've already pre-ordered a dozen bottles for my aesthetics practice and an extra one for myself. It's a patented, proprietary technology that you won't find in any other product.

It's worth the 10 day wait!

Also, remember not to over clean your hair with heavy sulfides. Use only a gentle shampoo and light conditioner. I'd recommend Ojon. Be sure to still get regular trims on the bottom of your hair. This removes any damaged ends that can further split and cause a longer layer of split ends and dryness. You don't need to trim much...just a little. It keeps the hair healthy and shiney.

Good luck!

Ok to grow hair, you should eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Not only will they give you wonderful skin, but they will make your hair grow long and supple.

Now what we use here is a cream called Jeba. In particular we use the one that contains indian hemp...in other words, weed. weed in teh right proportions turns out to be great on hair. I couldn't find Jeba online today for some reason. I lost my link. What I did do is find this site... http://www.afrocare.com/catalog/Hair_Pomades__Moisturizers_429.html

They have this product called always 100% Indian hemp which should work just as well. It's trusted here in africa and it's perfectly legal.

1. Eat vitamins
2. Shampoo and Condition only every other day
3. Don't bleach it, it'll just get fryed
Hope that helps!
Good luck!
