God's existence is evident, but man spends more time looking for a way around it than acknowledging it. I believe God is just and knows how to extend salvation from the most well informed to the most "primitive" individuals. He will see that those who belong in heaven get there. However, if you believe in the Bible, you understand that God sacraficed Jesus on the cross so that you and I would not have to be concerned for our own salvation. It's a free gift and the only thing we must do is choose. Jesus is our bridge to heaven and there is no other way. If you do not believe the Word then you may not understand the price that was paid on your behalf and may settle with trying to get by on being a "nice person." However, I don't believe man can truly be fulfilled in this life without having an understanding of and a reliance upon his maker.

It's the job of Christians to spread the Word of God to everyone on earth. You've obviously heard about Jesus Christ, so it's up to your freewill to decide if you want to believe that He is our Savior and spend eternity with God in Heaven or not. You were born with original sin and can never be good enough to go to Heaven without Jesus. Children too young to understand, people with mental disabilities, and those who have never heard of Jesus will have their judgment day at another time.

Well.. No. The only way you can obtain salvation (and go to heaven) is through Jesus Christ. It's not about being a "good person" or "trying", although knowing Christ will certainly make you a better person. It's about whether or not you repented of your sins and turned your life around to live for Him.
At your judgement only one thing will matter -- Are you saved?

the bible says the only way to heaven is to accept Christ into your heart as your personal Lord and Savior. It's not Christian faith that condemns non believers to Hell.
non believers have condemned themselves to hell, Christianity is a choice so is going to hell.

What actually happens to those who have not heard the gospel depends upon several factors.
It depends first of all (but not finally) on how they have responded to God's general revelation. In the case of those who have neglected or rejected such general revelation (no doubt the case with the vast majority of those who have never heard of Christ), they're lost, condemned to a real hell. But note--they are not condemned for what they haven't heard. They are judged for what they have heard and rejected. In this sense, as R.C. Sproul rightly states, "there are no innocent people in the world."
In the case, however, of the one who has never heard of Christ, yet sincerely worships God as he knows Him, and lives consistently with law. as he understands it, we do have some grounds to believe that God may be pleased to grant a further special revelation involving the Gospel of Christ Himself, which one would then, in turn, either accept or reject. Exactly how or when would God arrange for such a further revelation? Might somehow correlate with bible here? The Scripture allows many such details to remain hidden, while being unequivocal about the fact that God will judge with perfect justice . Could this be what is happening today?
Does all this detail somehow seem trivial to you? Be certain that it is not! In fact, this subject in all of its related subtlety is absolutely critical. Among other things, for instance, correct Biblical exegesis on this subject provides an unequaled incentive for the continued Christian mission of proclaiming the gospel of jesus to the ends of the earth. As the bible says,
"How then shall they call upon Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?"

To quote Billy Graham (loosely): "I've got absolutely, positively, supercalifragilistically, no idea. I don't know."
God judges who passes through and who is rejected. Only those who proclaim Christ as Savior are promised Heaven. But that doesn't necessarily exclude non-believers. What about the Muslims who are fighting--more like risking their lives--to bring liberty and moderation to increasingly whackified Islam? I think God is a mercifull God and I pray for the souls of decent non-believers. In the meantime, I do my best to spread the Good News and introduce Christ to the world. It's kind of like buying a strawberry dum-dum lollipop instead of buying a "mystery" dum-dum lollipop and hoping it turns out to be strawberry. Just by the strawberry lollipop. Just come to Christ. God Almighty will work out the rest as he is a loving God.

Using the pope for an example is a poor example. The Christian faith does not condemn anyone. God condemns sinners to hell. All have sinned and fallen short. God reveals Himself to man. It is man who chooses not to obey.

Sorry, no. And even if there were some remote place on the earth where Chirstianity has not had an effect, I'm sure God would reveal Himself to you.
Faith--NOT WORKS--gets you into Heaven.

If I were God, you would.
The Christian religion teaches that accepting Jesus Christ as your savior is necessary for eternal life in Heaven. So according to that, you would go to Hell.

You are not good enough to go to heaven, I am not good enough to go to heaven, the Pope is not good enough to go to heaven. Jesus is the only on who came to die for our sins, so He's the only way and if you reject Him, you do not go. I don't know what happens to people who have never heard of Him though, that is in God's hands, but I'm sure He will do whatever is good and right.
