hey were studyiing fiitness iin mii class and ii wanted to know wut are the three elements of fiitness cause i have homework!!!!

I would say endurence strength and cardiovascular.

i'd be guessing--your book is obviously specific about the three aspects of fitness, b/c there are actually many aspects of fitness.

my guess: cardiovascular fitness, muscular fitness and the other one may have to do with food intake or the health of your organs. i don't know, dude, but just look it up in the book. you know what chapter it is and it's prob in bold right there.

Probably flexibility is the third one. You may hate homework, but it is good for you. Do it anyway.
