Yes God will help you with relationship choices. The difficult thing for us with God is that He gave us freewill, so if you want His help you have to ask Him.

You form your own relationships in the material vibration to encourage all the spirituality lessons. God encourages us to learn through relationships. Whether we love enough or not, is not up to God, but our own personality.

To many of us ignore what God has for us in favor of satisfying our lusts. If we stop and listen to Him we would have a lot more success. God has giving me a great woman. Well he did mine. My grandma had just died and my cousin wanted to set me up with her neighbor. I didn't want a boyfriend but I figured it wouldn't hurt. So I met him and we started dating. He was so sweet and still is. By the 3rd date, I knew he was the one for me. We have been married almost 6 years now and are very happy. God sent him my way

depends on what you are expecting of him. If you expect him to help you pick a person where you will never have problems, never argue, never have difficulties with finances, then you are barking up the wrong tree.
If you, however, expect him to use this person to make you more like Christ as you depend on Him, then yeah, he will.

Of course! But you need to be listening. That takes prayer, scripture and a deepening understanding of Him.
