I had a wedding on the beach in Hawaii and this is the song we used: Somewhere over the Rainbow by Hawaiian singer Israel Kamakawiwo Ole.

Some good Hawaiian artists to check out are Na Leo Pilimihana, and Hapa, and Israel Kamakawiwaoli. (He does the somewhere over the rainbow song)
