Why not look on ebay, find something similar. Most of the dresses on ebay are custom made so you could send the seller / dressmaker a picture of the dress and ask if they can match it perfectly. You will find you can get most of the custom made dresses on ebay for about $200. Hope this helps!

Try www.houseofbrides.com, they have the exact dress you are looking for at $854.
If you find it difficult to locate just type in 'Watters style 8060B wedding dress' on the website or alternatively on to google and it will come back with a result for House of Brides

Did you find this dress at a bridal shop? Talk to them & see if they can give you the same dress only in a little cheaper fabric. They can usually do this & save you a bundle.
Cheaper satin ( or whatever) won't look any different than top-of-the -line-satin in a wedding dress you're going to wear for a few hours.

Rent one ~ that's the cheapest it ever gets. Besides you're only going to wear it once, unless you either get divorced then remarried; widowed then remarried, or if you decide to renew your wedding vows every single year in a wedding dress provided that you don't put on a few extra pounds as the years go by.

Rent or borrow. OUr coordinator found a dress for my wife. Weddings are a big waste of money anyway. thousands of dollars spent and nothing to show for it really.
