its an appetite suppresent.....i tried it werent all that good i did lose weight tho through watching what I ate I dont think the tablets made a difference it didnt curb my appetite.....I have xenical (orlistat) now will c if that works....

It works by curbing your appetite. But you should be active while taking it. I found that just taking a walk or riding an exercise bike helps lose the weight.

in the temper for a warm meal? Make a large pot of veggie bean soup, divide into 2-cup packing containers, and keep interior freezer. earlier mattress, place a field in the refrigerator, then grab it earlier heading out the door each and daily.

I have tired everything eating less is the only thing that works.
I once knew an older women 50ish who looked great never dieted just watched everything she ate.
Remeber you stomach is only the size of your first.

don't waste your money. it does not suppress appetite or anything. just another gimmick and the first (and last) that I will ever fall for.
