Connect the camera to your PC and look at them with window explorer. Drag them to the place you want to store them.

Use either a cable from the camera to your USB port or remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into a card reader attached to your PC.

The answer above mine is good.
If you have a memory card reader or a printer with a slot for your memory card, stick it in there. Then go from there.

take it back to the store where u got it from and tell them what's wrong with it.........
