My brother is like 19.. or 20. He still lives with me. I'm 13 and I'm a girl, I'm just on my lil bros account. Anyways, just a few moments ago my brother spit on me after I got out of the shower, he always calls me names and stuff and my self-esteem is really low, and he's always emotionally abusing me.. and then when he does stuff to me, my mom doesn't even do anything, and then when I barley do anything I get screamed at and sometimes my mom pulls my hair.. then my old brother kicks me and my little brother scratches me.. is this even right???

That is not fair and it's also illegal. Your mother is a friggin idiot who doesn't realize that what she is doing is child abuse and she can be charged and thrown behind bars. Your 19 or 20 year old brother can be charged and thrown in jail as well. You need to tell the police or an older adult that you trust. Don't ever let anyone touch you or emotionally harm you ever again! You are a sweet 13 year old girl that can do so much for yourself! You need to tell someone fast, sweetie. You already did a very good job by telling people on the web, so go to someone closer to you and get help! Here are some people you can tell if you don't know an adult you trust:
1.) Police
2.) Children's Aid Society (C.A.S)
3.) A guidance councellor
4.) A teacher
5.) Your school principal
6.) Do you trust your nextdoor neighbour?
7.) Aunts, uncles, cousins.

Tell someone right now!

Of course its not right. Your mother should support you, your brothers should respect you. How to make that happen? First, talk to your mother...tell her you want to go into therapy. She'll ask why? You say because you are emotionally disturbed about the way your brothers treat you and the way she treats you. She then has the choice of telling you nothing is wrong or agreeing. If she says "nothing is wrong", or "it's all in your head", tell her that you absolutely agree with her. It is all in your head..and that's what you want to get straightened out. The real issue is how the entire family interacts....and the entire family, mom, two brothers and you should all go to counseling. This may not be what you want to hear but you are describing a problem that needs a solution...and therapy is the best solution.

no way is it right, some people are just bullies and if you can survive, you will see them get what is due them. it is also sort of common for brothers to pick on sisters, i did but not to the extent your bros are. i feel sorry for you. maybe tell your bros how u feel

No its really cruel speak to your teacher or someone big that can speak to your mom and have a meeting with a psychiatrist where you can speak open about your feelings openly
